Turn Around Time
All orders are shipped out within  3 - 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. 
Returns & Exchanges 

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date of the order to return the item. Once the product arrives back to Madelicious Treasures you will get a full refund, minus the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.

If for whatever reason there is a defect in the product, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it is determined that the product is not sellable due to usage the customer will not be eligible to get the refund.

Additional non-returnable items:
Personalized Products unfortunately are not eligible for refunds for any reason.

Due to hygienic reasons, teething accessories are not eligible for exchange or return in any circumstances.

To complete your return, we require the product to be returned in sellable condition.

There are certain situations where items may only be eligible for partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is past the 14 day purchase date.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exhanged or refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items with no additional expense if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@madelicioustreasures.com . Exchanges are accepted as long as it is within the 14 day window, however the customer is responsible for return shipping and a $5.00 restocking fee. A product that is determined to be used and not in original packaging will not be eligible for an exchange, it can be reshipped at customer expense. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE GIVEN DESPITE A RETURNED ITEM IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE USED AND NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. CUSTOMER HAS THE OPTION TO RESHIP AT THEIR EXPENSE.
Exchanges are not accepted for teething accessories or personalized products for any reason.

Return Shipping


To return your product, you contact hello@madelicioustreasures.com for further information

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not refund due to postal delays or lost packages.

Shipping Policy
Refunds are not eligible if a package gets lost or damaged due to postal services.

We are not responsible for any delayed packages. They will be shipped out within the time frame provided in the description of each product.

Not all packages come with a tracking number, it is based on the shipping you choose at checkout. Make sure you select the shipping option with tracking provided if that is what you are looking for.
We cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates.
